The whole policy in one sentence

We collect your email address and a record of your order, we use them to deliver your code and handle refunds, and we do not have anything else about you because we never asked for it.

What we collect

Your email address, because the redemption code has to be sent somewhere.
Order details — plan, quantity, amount, coin, timestamps, and status. Needed for delivery, refunds and accounting.
Public on-chain payment records — your selected asset and network, destination address, quoted amount, and the transaction ID you submit. We never receive or store a wallet seed phrase or private key.
Server logs kept by our hosting provider, which include IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention.

What we deliberately do not collect

Identity documents, selfies, proof of address — we run no KYC on buyers.
Your Anthropic account credentials. We never ask and never will.
Advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. There are none on this site.
Your name, phone number, or postal address.

How your redemption code is stored

Encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and only ever readable by the fulfilment process. It is not exposed through our public API or any page on this site — the code reaches you by email and nowhere else.

Who we share it with

Only the providers we need to run the service: our hosting provider, our database provider, our public exchange-rate source, and our transactional email provider. Public blockchain explorers may also receive a request when we manually inspect a submitted transaction. Each provider receives only what its function requires. We do not sell data, and we have no advertising partners to share it with.

We will disclose information where legally compelled to do so. Because we hold so little, there is not much to disclose.

How long we keep it

Order records: seven years, as accounting records for Djali et fils LLC.
Delivered codes: deleted 90 days after delivery. Once your refund window has long closed, there is no reason for us to keep holding a redeemed code.
Payment review logs: 90 days, for payment dispute investigation.

Your rights

Email support@claudecrypto.org to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will comply within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain accounting records. Because we identify orders by email address, please write from the address you ordered with.

Paying privately

If you would rather not associate your usual email with the purchase, use another working address you control for long enough to receive the code and any support reply. Blockchain transfers remain public on their respective networks.
