Is $500 of credit the right length to buy?
$500 is a heavy or team-level budget. At this level you are paying our service fee on a large amount, so it is genuinely worth trying to get a card working with Anthropic directly first. Buy this from us only if the card route is closed to you.
This is $500.00 of Anthropic API credit for $560.00. API credit is consumed per token by code you write — it is not a subscription and it does not give you Claude Pro at claude.ai. If you want to use Claude in a browser, you want Claude Pro instead.
Buy the size you will actually spend. Credit sits idle if you overbuy, and topping up is a two-minute repeat of this purchase, so there is little reason to buy far ahead of your usage. If you are not yet sure of your consumption rate, buy a smaller block first and measure it.
Who this plan is for
API credit is for developers calling Anthropic's API from their own code. It is billed per token as you use it, and it has nothing to do with the claude.ai web app.
Questions
Is API credit the same as Claude Pro?
No, and this is the most common mix-up we see. API credit is spent per token by code you write against the Anthropic API. Claude Pro is a subscription for using Claude at claude.ai in your browser. Buying one does not give you the other. If you want to chat with Claude, you want Pro, not this.
How is the credit delivered?
As a redemption code you apply to your own Anthropic API organisation in the console. We never touch your organisation, your keys, or your usage.
Does prepaid API credit expire?
Anthropic sets the expiry terms, not us — check the current terms at redemption. Credit is consumed as you spend it, so heavy users should buy in larger blocks and light users in smaller ones.
Is this an official Claude subscription?
Yes. We buy a genuine gift subscription from Anthropic at claude.ai/gift, at full list price, and send you the redemption code. You redeem it on your own Anthropic account. It is the same subscription you would get paying Anthropic directly — we are only the payment step.
Are you affiliated with Anthropic?
No. We are an independent reseller, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, PBC. We never access your account or credentials.
Can you redeem it on my account for me?
No, and you should be suspicious of anyone who offers to. We never ask for your Claude login. You redeem the code yourself so your account credentials never leave your hands.
How fast is delivery?
Median delivery is under 1 hour and we guarantee under 12 hours. If we miss 12 hours you get a full refund in the same coin you paid with — you do not have to argue for it.
What if the code does not work?
Tell us within 48 hours and we replace it or refund you in full, in the same coin, minus the network fee. A dead code is our problem, not yours.
